INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE

1. To exchange an item(s) start the process with contacting our Support Center via email: hello@dna-zone.com. Please state the order number, your name, item(s) you wish to exchange and the item(s) you wish to recieve instead.
2. Pack the items you wish to exchange in the original package. Please make sure to include in the package a copy of your invoice indicating the item(s) you wish to exchage.
3. Stick the return label found in original box, jump in to your nearest post office and send us back the package.
4. Once your package has arrived, a notification email will be sent stating that we are processing your exchaged item.
5. We will repack the package with the wanted item(s) and ship it back to you as quick as we possibly can. A notification email will be sent to you stating that your repacked package is on its way.
