Update order

Update Order

Updating an order can be done only by sending an e-mail to Please state the order number, name and the details of the update. You will be contacted to confirm the update and arrange balance payment if necessary.

We allow order updating as long as the order is under “NEW ORDER” status as it appears in the Support Center systems. Once the order has progressed to “PACKAGING” status, the option to update the order is no longer available making the order final.

Therefor we suggest contacting the Support Center ASAP to update your order, otherwise it may be too late as we may have already started to process the order. Notification email regarding the order’s status are sent accordingly.
An update to an ongoing order is final only after confirmation via email or phone.

You can track the order status on your own via the My Account page, available only to registered users.
